Abstract

The article reveals the essence, principles, and features of the adopted federal laws on cooperation. Based on the analysis of revenue from the sale of goods, works and services from non-agricultural activities of agricultural consumer and production cooperatives in the federal districts and Russia as a whole, trends and the need for changes in legislation on cooperation are highlighted, measures are proposed to form a unified cooperation system that will eliminate obstacles to cooperation of various forms of management in rural areas.
