Abstract

Тhe article is devoted to the study of termination of a social contract of employment. The significance of the social rental agreement as a regulator of housing relations is shown. Attention is drawn to legislative gaps in the regulation of issues of termination of a social contract of employment, creating problems in law enforcement practice. It was emphasized that eviction from a dwelling is an exceptional measure in resolving disputes on the termination of a social tenancy agreement.
