Abstract
The social system can be treated as the nonlinear , open, complex, dynamic, self-organizing, informing system, in which both regular and stochastic processes are take place. The outside and internal actions are used to initiate the system transitions from one state to the other by way of the scientific information revolutions. The current state of the social systems is estimated on an global scale as crisis, required of a resolution. The global distribution of Covid-19 coronavirus is considered as the global, innovative, information-communication, social experiment, having the specific purposes and problems. The mathematical description of the possible evolution path of the discussed systems is suggested.
