Abstract
The article examines the information state of the monetary system. It is shown that one of the fundamental difficulties in the development of the modern economy is high-quality and timely financial information. The idea of obtaining open government data is formulated. Regulatory legal acts are provided for the publication of open data in the Russian Federation. Certain areas of fintech have been identified, which already play an important role in the information state of the global monetary system. Embedded finance or seamless services (Embedded Finance), salary on call (Payon Demand), autonomous Finance, and Open Banking have been studied. The main tasks of obtaining open government data are given. It is shown that the syntactic and semantic quality of data should be taken into account when managing the monetary system. It is proposed to use open financial information in the ontology format to build a single semantic financial information portal.
