Abstract

“Systematic Approach to Research of Public Administration” are important and topical. The reason for this is problems of rapidly changing environment. The article is aimed at finding these ways and means. This will help us solve the problems of systems research of Public Administration. The “Research Problems of Public Administration” will be interest to both Government Governors, Civil Servants in public sector, and managers of non-profit and non-governmental organizations. The article will be read with interest by the heads of social institutions of a legal, pedagogical and medical profile.
