Abstract
Key words: iridology, iris, autoimmune thyroiditis, rheumatoid arthritis, gastrointestinal tract, intestinal dysbiosis, cause-effect relationship, amyotrophic lateral sclerosis, Crohn’s disease. In the article the author shows on practical examples of cause-effect relationships in the body during iris diagnostics. Also, pathology of the gastrointestinal tract, particularly intestine, is demonstrated as the primary cause of decreased immune functions and emergence of autoimmune diseases.
