Abstract

The decline in demand, the suspension of activities, the increase in the cost of construction materials, the emergence of financial problems, both for the companies themselves and for contractors, problems with the movement of workers due to the closure of borders - this is a small list of the negative impact of the crisis on the construction industry. In this regard, the relevance of socio-economic monitoring in order to identify the economic expectations of market participants increases. As a result, a portrait of the market for the near future was formed, restrictions preventing its recovery, growth drivers were identified, and the necessary measures of state support for its development were studied.
