Abstract

The idea of this article is that psychological components play an important role in the structure of legal consciousness. Cognitive, emotional and motivational-behavioral aspects affect the perception, understanding and application of legal norms and values. Consideration of these components helps to understand how the psychological characteristics of each person affect the legal awareness and perception of political and legal reality. The article emphasizes that psychological components are an integral part of the structure of legal consciousness and affect the perception and understanding of legal norms and values by each person. Understanding how cognitive processes, emotions and motives are related to legal awareness can help in the development of effective methods and approaches to increase awareness of citizens in the legal sphere and compliance with legal norms.
