Russian Abstract: Целью настоящей Летописи является отражение важнейших с авторской точки зрения событий в сфере трудовых и связанных с ними отношений в белорусском государстве и обществе за обозреваемые 97 лет. Особо подчеркнем, что речь будет идти только о белорусских реалиях прошлого независимо от влияния (порой, огромного), имевшего место от органов, действий, актов и конкретных лиц, представлявших Советский Союз, как «вышестоящую инстанцию» по отношению к Белорусской ССР. Поэтому, в частности, не упоминаются нормативные правовые акты СССР, даже «напрямую» применявшиеся на территории современной Республики Беларусь. Ценность этой публикации прежде всего в том, что она является результатом обработки огромного массива фактов, относящихся к развитию трудового права Беларуси на разных исторических этапах, с начала 20 века. Значительная часть фактов ранее не была опубликована. English Abstract: The purpose of this Chronicle is to reflect the most important events from the author’s point of view in the field of labor and related relations in the Belarusian state and society over the past 97 years. We emphasize that we will only talk about the Belarusian realities of the past, regardless of the influence (sometimes enormous) that took place from the bodies, actions, acts and specific persons representing the Soviet Union as a higher authority in relation to the Byelorussian SSR. Therefore, in particular, the normative legal acts of the USSR, even “directly” applied in the territory of the. The value of this publication is primarily in the fact that it is the result of processing a huge array of facts related to the development of labor law in Belarus at various historical stages, from the beginning of the 20th century. A significant part of the facts has not been previously published.
