t. The article analyzes the social views of the famous ancient sage - Hermes Trismegistus. His concept of improving a person’s moral character is analyzed in detail, his views on the need to educate society are highlighted, and these views are compared with modern sociological concepts. The deeper approach of Hermes Trismegistus is emphasized, imbued with universalism, synthesizing natural and social laws. At the end, information about its origin and period of existence is provided
