Abstract

As a result of deforestation, annual forest fires and increased emissions from industrial facilities, greenhouse gases accumulate in the atmosphere, which affects global climate warming. In these conditions, reforestation and forest protection measures play a special role. It is possible to obtain a sufficient amount of planting material for reforestation by introducing biotechnologies into forestry. The technology of microclonal reproduction makes it possible to obtain seedlings of tree crops that are difficult to propagate vegetatively. One of the most difficult stages of microclonal reproduction is the adaptation of microclones to nonsterile conditions. The conducted studies have shown that at the stage of adaptation of the triploid aspen, it is advisable to use aeroponic technologies that provide the highest yield of seedlings
