Abstract
The summary The analysis of the prevalence of periodontal disease in Ufa and the Republic of Belarus, influence of risk factors in these patients. It was determined that the CDW was observed in 76 % of patients with the total number of periodontal diseases, and motivation were referring to a periodontist – bleeding gums (59,26 %), plaque (33,33 %), aesthetic discomfort (26,75 %), bad breath (34,3 %). Identified these risk factors for CDW as the depth of the vestibule of the lips, strands, bridles in 80,3 % of cases, the pathology of occlusion in 16.7 % of people crowding of teeth in 43,2 % of patients. The algorithm of treatment and prevention for patients with inflammatory periodontal diseases with the use of fluoride toothpaste and parodontax® s opalaskivatelya oral parodontax® without alcohol complex treatment results were evaluated on the basis of the dynamic clinical observation for 3 months. Determined the clinical efficacy of the algorithm with the objective and subjective examination using indexes Green Vermillion PI, PMA and phenomena stomalgii and dryness, of halitosis, discomfort in the mouth.
