It is proved that the activities of Press Libra and its publications were expressions of the subculture of Soviet dissidentism and the closely related third “wave” of emigration. The main topics in the publishing house were unjustified repressions in the USSR, the work of banned writers and poets, philosophical writings, numerous memoirs about life in the homeland and in exile. In general, the theme of Press Libra was reduced to the publication of everything prohibited in the USSR. Books by I. V. Odoevtseva, Z. I. Shakhovskaya, V. F. Khodasevich, A. M. Remizov, E. L.
