ФАХОВИЙ КУРС ТАКТИЧНОГО РІВНЯ L-1С – З ПІДГОТОВКИ СПЕЦІАЛІСТІВ ПО ЕКСПЛУАТАЦІЇ ОЗБРОЄННЯ ТА ВІЙСЬКОВОЇ ТЕХНІКИ

Abstract

The article reveals the main provisions of the organization and formation of a professional course of professional military training at a tactical level in the group of military registration specialty: «Organization of technical (logistics) support» with students of advanced training courses L-1C. The conditions for using the training plan-program for advanced training on technical support of military units and units of the Armed Forces and other military formations are given; the general calculation of study time and the basic requirements for conducting classes are given. In addition, the structure is given, the procedure for using the training program for training students in the advanced training course is determined; the topics for the subjects of training and the time for studying them are determined, the procedure for assessing the success of training students in a certain advanced training course is given; the requirements for the implementation of the program of professional military training and the expected end result of the skills and abilities for the operation of weapons and military equipment are proposed. Recommendations are presented on the development of sections of the Plan-program for the professional training of officers L-1C(L) for the study of issues of technical (logistics) support. A feature of the L-1C(L) course is the introduction of advanced methods of training personnel of the Armed Forces of NATO member states in the educational process of higher education institutions, higher military educational institutions, military training units of Ukraine. In addition, the method of teaching educational material in the professional course of tactical level L-1C(L) – training of specialists in the operation of weapons and military equipment, is based on scientific and pedagogical research, which gives a positive characterization of forms and methods of training.
