Abstract

До 25 % всех заболевших Лайм-боррелиозом — это дети в возрасте 5–9 лет. У детей также выделяют три клинико-патогенетические стадии лаймской болезни. Типичный признак боррелиоза — эритема ≥ 5 см в диаметре, возникающая в месте присасывания клеща через 1–32 дня. Диссеминация Borrelia burgdorferi s.l. обусловливает клинический полиморфизм. Клещевой боррелиоз не является акушерской инфекцией. Несмотря на адекватную антибиотикотерапию, возможно развитие постборрелиозного синдрома.
