Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of high performance human resource management on career management and career success. In order to accomplish the purpose of the study, the researcher conducted and analyzed the survey of flight attendants by using SPSS 18.0 statistics package and AMOS 18.0. The findings are as follows. First, there was direct effect between training and empowerment and career success. Second, there was indirect effect between selective staffing, incentives, teamwork and career success by mediated effect of career management. Third, career management had a positive impact on career success.
