Abstract

In modern conditions the problem of searching new effective mechanisms for solving social and economic problems, leveling of social differentiation, achievement of sustainable development goals becomes actual. In this connection the article considers the questions connected with the role of social entrepreneurship in achievement of sustainable development and ESG-transformation of business processes. The tendencies connected with changes in hierarchy of importance of strategic goals of corporate management are noted, showing the importance of interaction and development of new forms of partnership in solving social problems. In particular, the importance of involvement of subjects of social entrepreneurship in the practice of such interaction as the S-factor of ESG-triad of business process transformation is noted.
