Abstract

The second part of the paper is devoted to the origin and life of principality domination in Cilician Armenia. Accordingly, an attempt was made to present a logical chain of deep and critical processes that took place in the region during this period. The region where the influence of the Byzantine Empire began to weaken significantly, giving way to an international association of a special religious orientation and military-political nature, known in history as the "crusaders", and their program as the "Crusade". The purposeful activity of the nine crusades in the region was determined by a global project developed by large European states and specific religious structures, which implied a certain change in the principles of the world order in the religious-military-political and economic spheres. In this context, taking into account the chronological factor, the external and internal environments were identified, the actions of which had a direct impact on the formation of the Cilician principality. The activity of the main influential unit of the internal environment - the Armenian Apostolic Church was analyzed from the point of view of motives and principled positions aimed at preserving its own structure.
