Abstract

Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism (MLIT) implemented nationwide workplace mobility management project, which was called “eco commuting.” In this paper, we showed outlines and results of the project. This paper showed that the project provides reduction of CO2 emissions from participants' automobile commuting. This paper conducted multivariate analyses using attitude and behavioral data which were collected from participants of the project. Several factors which affected on effectiveness of workplace mobility management measures were indicated from the analyses.
