Abstract
This article is dedicated to the 100th anniversary of the Journal “PEDIATRIA. Journal named after G.N. Speransky,” which for more than half a century bears the name of its creator and permanent Editor-in-Chief for many decades – Georgiy Nestorovich Speransky. The article presents an overview of publications made throughout the history of the journal on the issues of diagnosis, therapy and prevention of infectious diseases in children.
