Abstract
단감 출하시기를 조절하기 위해 육성된 신품종 아름누리와 홍추의 생리활성을 기존 품종인 부유, 서촌조생, 상서조생과 비교하였다. 각 단감 과육의 에탄올 추출물을 제조한 후, 총페놀 함량, 수용성 타닌 함량, 항산화능, 알코올 탈수소효소(ADH) 활성, tyrosinase 저해능을 측정하였다. 아름누리는 총 페놀 함량, 수용성 타닌 함량, 그리고 항산화능(DPPH 및 ABTS 라디칼 소거능)이 비교적 높게 측정되었다. 모든 품종의 ADH 활성은 비슷하게 측정되었으며, tyrosinase 저해능은 부유 품종에서 높게 나타났다. 이상의 결과는 단감 신품종 아름누리가 기존 품종에 비해 뒤지지 않는 항산화능과 ADH 저해능을 보유하여 새로운 단감 품종으로 자리 잡을 가능성이 높음을 시사한다.
