Abstract
This research will examine some development issues in international legal field, in focus on the lawyer's role and efforts to develop selected aspect of public international Law as a whole and the IHL and ICL as a Central point. Some debates in academic rounds try to show the lawyer's role in international level especially in joining of lawyers as legal advisors with military troops ,so as to avoid the violations of IHL, as well as legal experts ,analyses the military operations ,offer the advices to all armed conflicts to applicable of IHL. In other side the lawyers try to develop the criminal law filed by the direct and indirect ways ,and by two sides the first one as Therapeutic Jurisprudence, while the second as Thematic Jurisprudence. Especially in the standing of Lawyers before the criminal Courts and present the demands, challenges as well as evidences in many like lubanga and Ahmed Omer albasher cases , which made later advanced effort to adopt the code of conduct in ICTY, ICC, and other develops.
