Abstract

The results of studying the bulk and surface electronic structure of a graphite-oxide field cathode and an oxide thermal cathode using a cylindrical electrostatic dispersive energy analyzer are presented. Oxides based on ternary carbonate of alkaline earth metals were used. The energy spectra of electrons in the auto- and thermal automodes are obtained, and the possibility of studying the energy electronic band structure of an oxide thermal cathode by the method of field electron spectroscopy is shown.
