Abstract
The article outlines the views of the authors on the characteristic features of the formation of a new paradigm of military education that meets the needs of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and international quality standards for training of military personnel, determines implementation, in the context of the military reform, such of them as providing its legal basis, identifying and addressing the factors causing the problem of improving of military education, setting goals, principles and objectives offormation of a new system of military education, outlining of military training structure and training system for officers, itsscientific and hi-tech support, construction of quality assurance system of military education.
