Abstract
This article analyzes the main components and operating mechanisms of the innovative management mechanism, mainly focusing on the topic of innovation, innovative motivation and innovative behavior, then suggests measures and ways for modern innovations in the field of enterprise management: raising awareness and updating concepts, requiring entrepreneurs to become innovative managers, making financial management the center of enterprise management by implementing innovative talent management strategies and deepening reforms to shape the employment mechanism, who recruits talents and makes the best use of their talents.
