한국 바이오에너지기업의 기술수준 영향요인 분석

Abstract

본 논문은 한국 바이오에너지기업을 대상으로 연구개발 효율성을 평가하는 지표 중 하나로서 기술수준을 세계최고수준과 대비하고, 이에 영향을 미치는 요인에 대해 분석하였다. 분석 방법론으로 기술수준에 영향을 미치는 영향변수(규모의 경제, 연구개발투자 및 인력 비중, 기업의 매출액, 국내시장의 경쟁정도)를 포함하는 분석모형을 설정하고, 한국 바이오에너지기업을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시한 후 다항회귀분석을 사용하였다. 분석결과, 한국 바이오에너지기업의 R&D 투자의 비중과 R&D 인력의 비중이 높을수록 그리고 기업의 규모가 클수록 기술수준에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤다. 반면, 규모의 경제를 달성하거나 국내시장의 경쟁정도가 높을수록 기술수준에 부정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다. 정책적 시사점은 한국 바이오에너지기업의 기술수준 제고를 위해 규모의 경제효과를 달성하고, 대 중 소기업 간 상생할 수 있도록 하는 정책을 추진할 필요가 있다. This study analyzes the technological level of Korean bioenergy firms and its determinants by using a multiple logistic regression analysis based on a survey. As the result of analysis, the technological level of Korean bioenergy firms has been positively influenced by the firm size, R&D investments and R&D manpower, but negatively influenced by the competition in domestic market and economy of scale. The policy implications of this study are related to achieve the economy of scale and coevolve between demand and supply-firms for the improvement of the technological level of Korean bioenergy firms.
