Abstract
In the article the author comes to the conclusion that in various legislative acts different content of the concept of "terrorist activity" is fixed. The hallmark of terrorist crimes is the commission of violent crimes with the aim of influencing decision-making by the authorities, usually associated with intimidation of the population.
