Abstract
The purpose of this study is to investigate the importance of each apartment development project to examine the risk factors, and to find ways to minimize risk for each part and to develop the apartment development project. This study classified all stages of the development process into five stages by referring to previous research papers and literature surveys published on risk factors and management plans for apartment and integrated housing development projects. The cause of the risk is analyzed through research, experiences, and cases that occurred in the process of selecting and securing the initial development site, and the implications through solutions are examined by organizing the problem-solving process for each case. AHP analysis and fuzzy analysis were applied to calculate each core and fundamental risk. The purpose of this study is to recognize the risk factors included in the apartment real estate development project and to derive management measures to minimize the risk.
