Abstract

The review is devoted to such problems of bioethics as the application of the principle «do no harm», the features and boundaries of the use of paternalism in science, respect for private life and the preservation of human dignity. It is noted, in particular, that transplantation is very complex, ambiguous, extraordinary for doctors, since there are no definite moral and ethical laws and all the doctor's actions are based on the current situation.
