Abstract
The purpose of the study is to reveal the content component of such consciousness, which is focused on the very problem of the formation of universal values. In this respect, the scientific novelty lies in the consideration of ecological consciousness from the standpoint of a transcendental philosophy, which is immersed in the depths of the experience of the formation of ecological consciousness. As a result, it is revealed that the humanistic priority of the formation of ecological consciousness is the formation of a humane, reasonable person. After all, changing social relations does not automatically lead to a humane social system.
