Abstract
This article supports the discovery of Gothic graffiti on the cornice fragments from the basilica church at Mangup, which was discovered by M. A. Tikhanova in 1938 and, later on, in the 2010s, studied by A. Yu. Vinogradov and M. I. Korobov. Generally, the analysis of the said inscriptions allows the one both to agree with the reading suggested and to address a few disputable points. The comparison has shown the differences between the graphic forms of the first multi-line inscription and the three more inscriptions.
