Abstract

The purpose of this study is to recognize the importance of cultural arts policies by comparing and analyzing domestic and foreign festivals. Through the policies implemented by the state or local government, cultural resources can be produced and developed into festivals. In order to create the productive value of the festival during the transition period, the following matters should be considered. First, resources related to local festivals should be collected and analyzed, and the resources of economic value should be constantly discovered. Second, it is necessary to break away from the customary reproduction of the festival and attempt a dynamic escape from the cultural trends of the times. Third, it is necessary to create the value of story content and have a process of collective intelligence and feedback. Fourth, it is necessary to be able to participate in both online and offline through the combination of innovative digital technologies. Finally, it should be possible to provide the branding of the festival and the convenience of access to the festival. Based on this study, a method to revitalize the image of festivals in Asan should be continuously sought.
