Abstract
본 연구는 진노랑상사화 인경에 함유된 allelochemical의 살초활성을 조사하고, 활성 발현에 관련된 살초 활성 물질을 분리하여 화학구조를 밝히고자 수행되었다. Silica gel flash column chromatography, HPLC 등 일련의 크로마토그래피법들을 통해 진노랑상사화 인경의 MeOH 추출물을 분리 정제하였다. HPLC에 의해 최종 획득된 활성분획에 대한 GC/MS 분석결과, isoquinoline alkaloid인 montanine(<TEX>$O^2$</TEX>-methyl pancracine)이 동정되었다. Montanine은 <TEX>$50{\mu}g\;mL^{-1}$</TEX> 농도에서 돌피 유묘의 생장을 100% 억제시키는 것으로 나타났다. This study was conducted to determine the herbicidal activity of allelochemicals and identify herbicidal compounds in bulbs of Lycoris chinensis var. sinuolata. Methanol extract was purified by a series of silica gel flash column chromatography and HPLC. The final HPLC gave two active fractions and an herbicidal compound was obtained. By GC/MS analysis, the herbicidal compound was identified as montanine (<TEX>$O^2$</TEX>-methyl pancracine), an isoquinoline alkaloid. Montanine showed 100% of growth inhibition on the shoot and root of barnyardgrass (Echinochloa crus-galli) seedlings at <TEX>$50\;{\mu}g\;mL^{-1}$</TEX> as compared with the control.
