Abstract
(Law) In law enforcement practice, there are different approaches to determining parties in cases of protection Russian Federation proprietary in forest legal relations. The article discusses, what authority (Russian Federation or subject of the federation) has such competence. The procedural significance is expressed in determining the proper plaintiff and defendant, the possibility of procedural succession in connection with the redistribution of powers between governing institutions, and the determination of other procedural consequences of the delimitation of competence.
