Abstract
The analysis of designs and the principle of operation of contactless ejector shaft seals of rotary machines, fans, aerodynamic heating furnaces, blowers, turbochargers of gas pumping units and other injection machines is considered. A new type of non-contact ejector seal is shown, which in-creases its efficiency when changing the direction of rotation of the shaft and eliminates friction and sparking between sealing surfaces during operation of a rotary machine
