Abstract

Taking into account one of main tasks of community development in the third millennium, which is maintenance and realization of human potential, the authors substantiate the necessity of rejecting the hierarchical-bureaucratic system of traditional management where the value categories of productivity, commitment to result and economy growth, and transition to the human dimension management prevailed. It determines new understanding of organizational culture whose core are moral, cooperation, communicative values, values of welfare and those directed at achievement. Value management as the system of control which means coordination and consistency of organizational values serves as a reliable guide for approving effective management decisions, forms a corporate identity and provides integrative mission.
