Abstract

The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship among emotional labor, job enthusiasm and job burnout of Taekwondo dojang leaders. For this purpose, 220 samples were collected from leaders of Taekwondo in Gyeonggi and Incheon using the convenience sampling method. A total of 213 data were used for the final analysis, except for 7 data which lacked consistency in responses. The collected data was analyzed by correlation analysis and regression analysis using the SPSS 23.0 statistical program to test the hypothesis. The results were as follows; First, emotional labor affected job enthusiasm. Second, emotional labor partially affected job burnout. Third, job enthusiasm partially affected job burnout. The results of this study could be used as basic data for improving the working environment and improving the treatment of Taekwondo dojang leaders.
