Abstract

A lawyer, as an independent participant in criminal proceedings, is entitled to carry out activities aimed at independently detecting and obtaining information that has evidentiary value. This article discusses in detail the forms of participation of a lawyer in proof established by law, which allow the latter to independently collect information that has evidentiary value at the stage of preliminary delamination.
