Abstract

The objective need to create security conditions for the sustainable development of domestic enterprises is caused by transformational changes at the global and international levels, crises, growing instability and uncertainty of events, and the ongoing war on the territory of Ukraine since February 24, 2022. The solutions to these problems largely depend on the efficiency and quality of the existing system of development management at the corporate level, its perception and adaptation to real conditions through the expansion of the range of opportunities to protect against threats and challenges faced by domestic enterprises. The article analyzes and allocates types of strategies for security-oriented development of enterprise. The shortage of capital, technology, staffing, and the need to relocate businesses determine strategic priorities for domestic enterprises under martial law, determine the development and use of new approaches, management instruments, and methodological support. Based on the results of the carried out analysis of the economic model of world development, which is determined by the characteristics of circularity, growing digital transformation, social and ecological responsibility of business, a security-oriented approach and strategic principles of enterprise development management are allocated. The necessity of observance of the principle of mutual consistency between financial-economic and strategic goals in the system of strategies of security-oriented development of enterprise is substantiated. The levels and criteria of security of strategic development of enterprise are defined.
