Abstract
The article studies private law relations between various sports subjects. Qualitative development of economic and social parameters of sports can be ensured only provided that a stable legal framework is created, including in the sphere of regulation of private law relations. The author also studies sports development prospects through the system of private law institutions implemented, inter alia, at the municipal level. Based on the results of the analysis, the author concludes that private law issues of sports development should be solved in connection with the comprehensive social and economic development of the Russian Federation.
