Abstract

Benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) and sexual dysfunction are prevalent in men as aging. Moreover, medical treatment for BPH may be associated with sexual dysfunction, and some men, after medical treatment with alpha-blocker or 5-alpha reductase inhibitor, experience sexual problems. Therefore, this article summarized the influence of BPH medication on male sexual function.
