Abstract
AbstractThe possibility of using an einzel lens built-in the region of concentration of electrostatic field in the cavity for modulation of the electron beam velocity is considered. It is shown that the application of the einzel lens as a velocity modulator does not affect the constant of interaction of the electron beam with the lens field.
