Abstract
본 연구에서는 국가차원의 인용색인데이터베이스 구축에 필요한 참고문헌 서지기술 표준을 제안하였다. 이를 위해 국내외 주요 서지기술 규정과 문헌정보학 분야 학술지의 규정을 분석하였다. 분석의 결과, 참고문헌에 포함될 서지요소는 크게 저자사항과 서명사항, 발행사항 등 3개의 하부요소였다. 이 서지요소에 포함될 개별요소는 모든 서지기술 규정이 모두 동일하였다. 본 표준의 기본 형태는 저자-연도 타입이었으며, Bibliography 형식도 제안하였다. 특히 전자자료의 경우, 웹상에서만 발표된 자료는 반드시 최종접근일자를 URL과 함께 수록하도록 하였다. This research suggests the standard reference needed for constructing the bibliographic descriptive national science citation index(KSCI). There are several types of analysis: the APA style, the MLA style, the Chicago Manual Style, and the Korean major periodical's style in Library and Information Science. The core elements are author, title, and issue. We propose the Author-Date system, and Note and Bibliography form. For citation of books only available online, the URL must be included as a part of the citation along with its record of most recent access, and retrieval.
