The article reveals the modern positions of understanding and essence of such a phenomenon as volunteering from the point of view of a business phenomenon, provides data from various studies on this topic. Some list of trends in millennials’ preferences when applying for a job is given. The benefits of business, public organizations and employees of large companies from volunteering have been determined.
