Abstract

On the site of water and sewage treatment facilities, in order to control and monitor not only distribution installed control equipment but also power equipment and lighting equipment, on-site control panels are installed in addition to a central monitoring and control system, to form an automatic control system. In particular, in order to comprehensively manage control power failures inside the on-site control panels, the prototype under development has additional features: a DC power abnormality monitoring device that monitors control power overload and arc discharge was developed, installed and applied to the on-site control panel, and an arc sensor, an infrared sensor, and a vibration sensor which are widely used across the industry were also installed to diagnose the integrity of the insulation inside the panel.
