Abstract

This study attempted to present major factors that should be considered first so that individual investors can minimize trial and error and risk and make reasonable investments suitable for the purpos. Implementation and construction companies, sales and brokers, related officials, and financial institution credit officials who are performing tasks related to land development, use, licensing, and management were selected as an expert group, and the importance and priority of factors influencing land purchase decisions were derived using the AHP methodology. In the order of cost and profit >characteristics> capital aspects> location aspects> land characteristics, and investment environment> experts commonly recognized that it is easy to invest and increase returns if funds are easily raised. Based on the results of this study, it is believed that the importance and priority of the main factors to be considered by individual investors when deciding to invest in land can be comprehensively comparatively analyzed, and if they are introduced and applied in practice, it will help to discover and select land that is likely to achieve the purpose of investment, and reduce the risk of future uncertainty about investment.
