Abstract
The article examines the features of the formation of competitive advantages in the enterprise and establishes a system of factors that shape these advantageP. Also in the scientific work the external and internal factors of competitive advantages of the enterprise and their influence on the competitiveness of the enterprise are determined. Features of formation of competitive advantages depending on a life cycle of the enterprise are considered. A model of strategic management of enterprise development based on the formation of competitive advantages has been developed. The proposed model will take into account the maximum possible factors influencing the process of strategy development and implementation, reduce risk.
