Abstract

熱化学水素製造法ISプロセスの硫酸環境用耐食性装置材料選定の一環として, スクリーニング試験で良好な耐食性を示した材料について, 主に溶接部及びすきま部に関する最長1000時間の腐食試験を行った. 850℃の硫酸分解環境では, Alloy 800及びAlloy 600の溶接部は母材と同等の優れた耐食性を示した. 95wt%硫酸沸騰環境では, SiCが耐食性に優れ, すきま部においても腐食はほとんど認められなかった.
