Abstract

Objectives This study is to investigate the business performance of A university members in the Jeonlabuk-do region and their perceptions for the next project performance for the University Innovation Support Project to build basic data for future University Innovation Support Project ideas.
 Methods We analyzed data obtained from 118 respondent using a series of frequency analyses, Importance- Performance analyses and t-test.
 Results As a result of the member satisfaction and performance perception survey on the university innovation support project, the staff group showed higher satisfaction and performance perception than the faculty group participating in the project. We found that strategic efforts were needed to balance the equal distribution the performance and perception of members.
 Conclusions Through this study, we demonstrated that a strategy for innovation based on the university's mid- to long-term development plan is needed separately, and that this innovation strategy is to increase interest and understanding of the business while respecting the diversity of members who are education providers.
