Abstract

The problem of human well-being is one of the most significant and discussed not only in social philosophy, but also in jurisprudence. Achieving the goals of the welfare state is impossible without developing a conceptual understanding of human wellbeing. In the presented article, the author analyzes the key approaches to human well-being that have developed in legal science and offers his own definition of human well-being.
